About us

Hotel Furniture Export Turkey is the export site of Palmiye Wood Decoration, an Istanbul furniture and joinery manufacturer. We produce hotel furniture, doors and fitted woodwork in our own workshop and prepare them for projects outside Turkey.

Exporting furniture is as much about planning as about making. Early in the project we agree on drawings, quantities and finishes, and we align the production schedule with shipping dates and the site programme at the destination. Samples and, where useful, a mock-up room are approved before series production so that decisions are not left to the last moment.

Packing is designed for long journeys. Finished surfaces are protected, items are grouped and labelled by room or area, and each shipment comes with a clear packing list so that the site team can distribute furniture without searching. We prepare the export documents required for the shipment and coordinate with the forwarder chosen for the project.

On arrival, installation can be carried out by our own team travelling to the site, or by a local contractor working under our supervision with detailed drawings and instructions. Spare parts and touch-up materials can be sent with the order for later maintenance. Our scope covers guest room furniture, lobby and restaurant pieces, doors and wall panelling. If you are planning a hotel abroad, send us the project location, drawings and timeline, and we will propose a production and delivery plan.
